Orders and Shipping

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can create an account during checkout or by clicking the account link in the header. An account helps you track orders and manage returns.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address in your account settings before your order ships. Contact support if you need help after ordering.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.

WILL YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

We use secure payment processing and do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and local tax requirements during checkout.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Check our shipping page for a complete list of available countries and rates.

WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Most orders ship in one package. However, large orders or items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Digital products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked shipping method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a return label.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

We're sorry your order arrived damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Email us at tturiano@selectpeaks.com or call 307-690-3296 and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

WHERE SHOULD I MAIL MY AUTHORIZED RETURN?

Return address details will be provided with your return authorization. Please use the prepaid return label included with your return confirmation.

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Contact customer support immediately if you've entered an incorrect shipping address. We may be able to update it before your order ships.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED IT?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at tturiano@selectpeaks.com or 307-690-3296 if you need to make a change. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT?

Some sold-out items may be available for pre-order. Check the product page for pre-order availability and expected shipping dates.
