At Select Peaks Publishing, we are committed to providing high-quality books and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at tturiano@selectpeaks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed and approved.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
